With reference to the Colonial Office Despatch NO. 165
dated 2nd. July, forwarding a letter from the Admiralty, D.W.
58/3962 dated the 26th. June, inquiring whether a site immedia-
tely below the Tytan Conduit and adjoining the present Naval
Hospital reservoir could be handed over to the Admiralty as

of constructing a reservoir in connection with the water supply
to the Royal Naval Hospital.

conduit.

that, in granting the site in question for a reservoir, the
Colonial Government does not in any way relinquish any of its

The Honourable,
The Colonial Secretary.
